INTO Staff Reps Online Support Course 

Staff Reps have 3 key responsibilities:  

  1. Recruiting members – generally any new teacher that joins your staff or a new sub
  2. Informing members – passing on communications from INTO head Office
  3. Supporting members – any member who may need information clarified or support when raising an issue with another colleague or principal

A dedicated online support course for Staff Reps is now available. The course will support the role and responsibilities of the INTO Staff Rep. The course is delivered over 4 modules as follows:

  1. Staff Rep Role and Responsibility
  2. INTO Structures and Communications
  3. Understanding Teacher Terms and Conditions
  4. Managing Workplace Relationship Difficulties
